The platform may be used only for event planning and for managing related data in a legal and good-faith manner.

Nozzio provides software for managing guests, RSVPs, budgets, tasks, seating, collaborators, support tickets, and public event pages.

Some features may be free, while others may require a paid plan. Plan structure and included functionality may be updated over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Access may not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the person or organization that manages the account. Activity performed through your account is presumed to be authorized.

Users remain the owners of the data entered into the platform, including guest lists, public text, images, notes, and other event materials.

By using the service, you grant us the limited right needed to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the contracted functionality.

The platform may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or spam-related activity, for uploading malicious content, or for any action that affects service operation or other users’ access.

Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting the platform outside the limits of applicable law and explicit agreements with the operator is prohibited.

The vendor section is informational and directory-based. The contractual relationship between a user and a vendor is established directly between those parties outside the platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee vendor availability, pricing, service execution, or collaboration outcomes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a total absence of errors.

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw certain features, with user notice when changes materially affect platform use.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, lost opportunities, or damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amounts actually paid for the service during the relevant period, except where the law provides otherwise.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or service security.

Account closure does not extinguish overdue obligations and does not affect rights or obligations created before termination.
